Well, not exactly but now you'll understand. Sure many have seen the famous "face on Mars", an image obtained in 1976 by Viking 1 in the area known as Cydonia, whose play of light and shadow was a rock formation like a face looking skyward. This is the picture of which I speak:

Further visits by NASA made it clear that it was just a rock formation, with the play of light and shadows of the sun, like a humanoid face. The latest photograph area, taken by the cámaraHiRISE (High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment), equipped on the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, shows the same area, with the sunlight in different angle, showing the true appearance of the face of Mars:
sure people will continue for years inventing stories about the Martian face looking to the sky ... and if they see this picture will say that there was a lift and had no right.
