Hello again, while Spain is looking forward to the World Cup semi-final this afternoon, and entertaining part of the country running away from bulls in San Fermin (sigh ¬ ¬) is I happened to write this post about a story I read the July 4, good news for amateur astronomers: It makes the first direct observation of an extrasolar planet.

For those who do not know, an extrasolar planet (or exoplanet) is a planet in another star system, so it is very difficult to detect due to the brightness of the star it orbits. There are several methods of detection, but so far not been able to obtain a direct image of any of these planets.
The planet called 1RXS J160929.1-210524b (pictured above little light on the left) is quite large and has about 8 times the mass of Jupiter. It orbits the star of the same name (without the "b" end), a star much younger than our Sun, in the constellation Scorpius.

Slayersiano Marathon!
Hello again! Slayers forum Unity, created by Shansito and me for almost 6 years, is holding a "Marathon Slayersiano" for anyone who wants to target. The idea would be to do a marathon viewing of ALL Slayers: anime, manga, novels, dramas, etc.
start with the anime is at a rate of 7 chapters per week, starting tomorrow, Monday, July 5, chapters would comment on the same forum to share ideas and such. Spanish/english Wedding Invite Wording
return of the Thunder ... Thunder ... Thunder ... Thundecats, OOOOH! Super Munchkin dies
Hello again, after fixing my computer after a catastrophic failure of the hard drive and while installing the endless number I need software for web and other tasks, I decided to write a post about a story that just gave me shansito .
indeed! The long series of mid 80's that captivated sooo many people will come back to the present. Famous Cartoon Network will issue a new TV series produced by Warner on lion, tiger, Cheetara and all the others in that group of "Cosmic Cat" that people my age remember, usually with great fondness.
For those too young or have forgotten the details, we recall that Thundercats is one of the most famous series of his time, along with the Silverhawks and Tigersharks, three in the same company (although the Tigersharks had much less impact especially in Spain).
The story is about how Leon (Lion-O in the orginila), the young heir to the throne of Planet Thundera, is forced to flee the planet on a spaceship just before it destroyed along with most of his feline race, except a court that accompanies him on the trip. After many years immersed in the dream of cryogenics, the ship is a planet capable of harboring life, and wakes the cat.
But the machine where it lay Leon malfunctioned and has been aging gradually during sleep, finding that a child is now "trapped" in the body of an adult, an adult must lead to what is left of their race to survive in a new world, while being attacked by the powerful Villame Mum-Ra, which seeks the power of the legendary weapon Thundera Crown, the Sword of Omen (Sword of Omens).
course over time there will be many more villains (and Some allies, such as four Thunderians who escaped the planet in time) in a series that would last 130 chapters (and several comic book series published by different publishers)
Needless to say, is one of my favorite series of all time, especially the time when we are not bent the series arrived in Latin America, and there were these absurd wars " my dubbing is better than yours " Quse ride today, especially on YouTube.
My favorite character was Tigre (called Tigra VO) from the beginning, and even more when they discovered her psychic abilities, but only wear them once XDDD
Little or nothing is known about the forthcoming new series, but apparently not a sequel but a remake , telling the same story base, with various adventures and such, I guess. You can find more information on the following link .

Unusual Business Ideas That Work
relatively recently that I have fond of games thanks to some friends. Until then I only knew the typical games of all life, Trivia, Monopoly, Ludo, and such. But I did not know is that there is a whole world of games much less known, very Curran and fun, like Jungle Speed, Citadels, Bonanza, or Rhythm and Bola.
One of the games that I really liked was the "Munchkin", a game that cleverly parodies the world of heroic fantasy, role playing and other scene of " Dungeons and Dragons. " You race, class, armor, potions, fights against monsters etc. and all with great humor and some hilarious illustrations. The game was long ago and there have been numerous expansions, and versions using the same idea to parody popular genres. There are versions of Munchkin that parodies the world of spies, interstellar travel, and a long etécera. Unfortunately missing some to translate into English, for now. While all versions are playable independently can be fused to create an even crazier world in which elves wizards travel through space as spies linked to aliens, for example xD.
As in the group I play and there are several versions and expansions of Munchkin, as a fan in the world of super heroes decided to buy the version that parodies the world, the Super Munchkin:
"At first it was a young and simple game of Munchkin. But one day was hit by strange energies, bitten by a radioactive chihuahua and played an ancient statue? And now he faces his enemies, fighting levels, Treasures and lifestyle Munchkin! "
with this description are many things clear XDDDDD. The game is great, entirely in English and very entertaining, up to 6 people (although nothing happens if you play more XDDD), can be a mutant superhero, mystical, exotic or technology, and have powers and varied weapons ... Can be affected by a change of script, a change in your past because the writer has thought rewrite ... or become a version of yourself in an alternate universe. You can even fight "Our old friend devour worlds' level 20! XDDD

As I said, a highly recommended game, especially if you like parodies and you like superheroes.
